NORTHERN IRELAND 2011
I took a week out in June 2011 to see the sights of Belfast and the NI coast. An afternoon trip into Eire from Mulligan's Ferry gave me the chance to grab a few Lough Swilly pics in Buncrana. Sadly the trip was cut short when the planned route to Mallin Head was closed for the Donegal Rally. The weather was mainly awful throughout the trip so sorry about the dullness of some pics. There's some interesting stuff around - like KFM192T reg Atlantean open top tour bus in Belfast and ESG310T an ex Lothian open topper. The cut down Leopard tow truck at Newtonards was a surprise as were the narrow Wrights bodied Volvo single deckers on the coastal route and the strange little Plaxton Primo's running for Ulsterbus at the Giant's Causeway.Read More
